Pablo Andrés Guerrero has spent years refining his approach to coffee at Hacienda El Obraje, a high-elevation farm in Nariño, Colombia. Situated on the steep Andean slopes near the Galeras volcano, El Obraje’s high elevations and cool nights create an ideal environment for producing expressive, high-quality coffees. Pablo has cultivated Gesha at the farm since 2011, carefully managing the coffee from harvest through processing. This washed Gesha is a beautiful expression of the variety, with a clean and precise profile that lets its natural character shine. In the cup, we find delicate florals, peach, and orange, balanced by bright citrus acidity and a gentle sweetness. A soft, tea-like structure carries the flavors into a clean, lingering finish.
